Founding & Managing Partner
Phiona Mirembe founded Mirembe & Co. Advocates (MCA) in 2012, starting as a small legal consultancy. In 2014, she officially registered it as a licensed law firm.
Since then, Phiona has provided comprehensive legal solutions to clients, gradually specializing in Commercial and Land Law. Her experience spans a wide range of matters, including immigration, corporate set-up and secretaryship, taxation, debt, trusts, estate management, litigation, complex land transactions, and family law.
Beyond her legal expertise, Phiona is deeply committed to her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, striving to reflect His principles of integrity, justice, and service in every aspect of her professional and personal life.
In 2016, she felt a calling to practice law as a Christian lawyer, shaping MCA into a firm that delivers legal services “just as Christ would”.
Phiona believes that the work MCA does should not only leave a mark on earth but also secure eternal reward, combining legal excellence with faith-guided ethics. Under her leadership, clients receive representation that is both highly effective and deeply principled
